AOC 4 Filing error - SRN of ADT 1

Dear all,

 

I am trying to file AOC 4 of a private limited company incorporated on 12 February 2015. The Company didn't file ADT 1 for appointment of the first auditor basis the view that the form isn't required to be filed for appointment of the first auditor.

 

Now, while filing the Form AOC 4, I am compulsorily required to fill the SRN of ADT 1 and the system is showing an error if I try to enter a dummy SRN Z99999999. In this regard, I have had a word with the RoC officials and they are aware of the problem. I have been asked to raise a ticket and have been informed that the applications team is working to rectify the problem on the back end. A new version of the form is expected to be issued shortly.

 

I request the members to raise a ticket if they are facing the same problem and share any other experience in this regard.

Go through section 2(41) of CA 2013. if a company is incorporated in feb 2015 they can close their FY in 2016
