Stamp Duty on Share Certificate & Share Transfer Form in Gujarat

Can anyone guide me what is the amount or percentage of Stamp Duty on share Certificates & Share Transfer Forms of Private and Unlisted Public Companies?

Also we have to affix Revenue Stamps or Court fee Stamps?
