MCA LOGIN REGISTER NOT WORKING

From yesterday I am trying to create mca login under business user but not able to finish it, after entering the final otps not able to verify the otps. It is showing some error occurred.

Any solution ?

Don't pay any amount for this to anyone... Solution is first register registered user than convert it in business user...

how can we register a company as register user as there is only one option as individual under register user.

Dear Sir,

We have registered individual as registered user and trying to convert Business users, but not able to do the same because it is asking for CIN/LLIN, even though it is not mandatory. Any solution for this?

even raised an MCA ticket.
