Thanks for information. Further, can i upload Form 2 for allotment now?? or i have to wait till 28th April as i have to do earlier on 30.03.2014?? will any additional fees will be charged for this?

As per the circular given by MCA form 2 is not available for filing during the transition period,however MCA can waive the payment of additional fees during this period as a breather.
