CG-1 form showing prescrutiny error

Dear All,

At the time of Pre Scrutiny of the Form CG-1 error is coming as "the form version you are using is not latest. Please download a fresh form and submit it again."

We have downloaded fresh forms and filled up again and did prescrutiny of the form then to this error is showing.

What to do now? Ticket is also raised.

Try by downloading the fresh form on desktop from mca site and   mailing directly the form from ur mail and saving it on desktop.  Then enter the details and affix dsc on desktop itself and do prescrutiny on desktop .it will help you out .

Ensure that every process is done on the desktop

Download from internet explorer or edge. Also check the date of form in properties to compare form you already downloaded with new one.

I have also filed CG 1 and the same has been approved . But the order copy of the same from MCA has not been received yet

For what purpose are you filing?

If it is for condonation of delay in filing Form MGT-14, ROC has discontinued sending orders. Just file MGT-14 with late fees.

Not sure about other cases though.

Actually  we had filed mgt 14  late but the same has been approved  with late fee and now we  have o file Inc27 for this we required order copy from mca

We visited ROC office (Delhi) for the order, they said it is not required to be filed anymore as no order is being issued now. Even the status of Form CG-1 was closed instead of approved.
