Role Requirements:
Having in-depth knowledge of Corporate laws i.e. Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, SEBI Regulations, LODR, FEMA would be an added advantage.
Maintaining all secretarial records such as minutes, forms, agenda, etc.
Able to handle independently all statutory compliances without any delay
Preparing SOPs on various compliance matters.
Manage compliance of all laws and ensure reporting in Compliance Software i.e. lexcare.
Experience of dealing in SEBI matters, Stock Exchanges, ROC, etc.
Experience in Drafting and vetting of documents and contracts.
Ready to travel depending upon the need
Proficient in word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet operations is essential.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Com. & qualified company secretary.
Law degree would be preferred.
