Can a PCS be appointed as Independent Director in one unlisted public company and one listed company?

This depends on the applicability of Section 165 to the respective companies

A PCS can be an independent director in one unlisted company and one listed company, subject to a maximum of 7 listed companies and 10 public companies.

Ok

but as per this point V - a company is mentioned so as per my view to that a PCS is allowed to be associated with only with one company.

Please inform if anyone has different views.
