FLA Registration Error

Kindly help me to sort out this. While creating user id on https://flair.rbi.org.in with mentioned all detail. One popup generate at time of submission. Attached below.

Kindly suggest what to do?

You need to convert the verification letter  to pdf from word. You shouldn't print and scan it.

Have u changed the CIN number of a company in last FY!! I.e. did u shift the company from one state to another?

Am encountering the same error too. Pan and CIN are correct.

Authority letter has been prepared in accordance with instructions. In fact i have registered many companies a few days ago. But not able to do it since yesterday.

you should save the file in with name xxxx.pdf not the other name then it work we have tried and filed fla on 5th july hurry you have last day left with you.
