Error- Invalid Professional or COP number

Dear All,

Is anyone receiving an error saying Enter valid Membership details or COP number of the Practicing Professional before submitting the forms on the Portal.? I filed a few forms on 15th of July and all of them got uploaded on the portal but I have been getting this error since 16th of July.

Tried raising a complaint but received no reply yet for 5 days. Anyone have any solution to the same.?
