Dear members

Has anyone filed form Gnl-1 for aoc-4 cancellation? If yes, how much time does it take to get the approval?

Filing Form GNL-1 for the cancellation of a previously approved AOC-4 is a common, though technically "off-track," procedure used when a company needs to rectify significant errors in its financial filings.

Timeline depends on the ROC for approval of GNL 1 for AOC 4 cancellation. It took 1 month for one known matter.
