what is OTHER ENTITIES in AOC-4 e-Form

Dear friends,

Please guide me relating to AOC-4 attachment of OTHER ENTITIES, which is mandatory attachment and there is no explanation of the same in help of AOC-4.

As we does not have any subsidiary, Joint Venture or Associate Company.

Kindly let me know the details of attachment of  OTHER ENTITIES.

JUST ATTACH A NOTE IN PDF "NO OTHER ENTITIES" if no RPT transaction with any other entities.

if company have RTP with associate Companies/closely held companies do it need to fill this detail of other entity or it can mention as NO OTHER Entities or there is some format of details of other entitties

There is no specific format. If there is any material contracts in RPT nature please mention the name of the entity and nature of interest.If it is a registered company better avoid giving more details if no consolidated statements are given. There is a Form AOC-1 for associate cos and subsidiaries, better first take a look on that Form AOC 1 and then decide before going for detailed disclosures.
