1. If the affidavit is signed by a first director who is a foreign national, is it require to be notarised in his home country.

2. If the affidavit is signed by an authorised representative on behalf of the subscriber who is a body corporate. The stamp paper has to be purchased in the name of the company or authorised representative.

3. Please provide the format of authorisation letter from the authorised occupant of the premises for using such place as registered office of the proposed company.(Is the same as like NOC or any other format)

Further, is it necessary to attach Lease Deed in Form INC-22. Will attaching utility bill from Director and NOC is sufficient??

Also, what are the views on attaching Letter of Appointment in DIR-12 as company is still to be incorporated. How it is possible to take a letter from the company before its incorporation.

Better everyone read the rules and Act, rather than believing hearsay.

Yes. I agree. But rules says something, Act says something and Forms require something else. In that case we have seek the advise of the people who have done.

As per Section 7, declaration to be given by both professionals as well as promoters. But INC-8 is prescribed for professionals only. What is format for promoters declaration.
