Clarification Regarding Documents for STK-2 Application

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have filed Form STK-2 for striking off our company under the Companies Act, 2013.

The company has not commenced any business activities since incorporation. Further, the subscribers to the Memorandum have not remitted the subscription money till date, and therefore no bank account was opened in the name of the company. Consequently, there are no bank statements available for submission.

We request your guidance regarding the documents that should be attached or submitted in support of the STK-2 application in the absence of a bank account.

• following documents need to attach in absence of the bank statement:

• affidavit from all Directors confirming that no bank account was opened in the name of the Company;
• Indemnity Bond as prescribed under the Companies (Removal of Names of Companies from the Register of Companies) Rules, 2016;
• Declaration that the Company has not commenced business and has not undertaken any financial transactions since incorporation.
