Error in Creating Business User at MCA V3 Portal

Dear All

While Creating the Business User at V3 Portal, an Error is fetching that -  "There is an Service error ".  I have tried to register through all browser - i.e Chrome, Chrome Incognito, Mozila  but the same error is fetching since yesterday.

Please look and suggest if any way out.

try from edge once.  I too had the same problem, but it worked in edge

unable to Logn in V3 states that PAN is not associate and the User id is incorrect
