Procedure for applying COP

Hi,

Can some one guide the procedure for obtaining Certificate of Practice from ICSI (Fees Details etc).. My friend is already having his membership number and want to apply now for new COP

Please tell your friend to login on the ICSI website with his membership number.  He will see an option on the left side "Certificate of Practice related", in which there is an option to apply for CP and the duly filled Form D will have to be scanned and uploaded.  The Form D can also be downloaded from there itself.  Payment can be made (Rs. 1000) by Credit Card/Net banking and thereafter the CP issuance takes 7 days.
