Filing of Form MGT-14 and sH-7 beyond 300 days

Dear All,

Can someone throw light on the provisions of filings form MGT-14 and Form SH-7 beyond 300 days.

Can we file without condonation of delay.

Also, is the condonation applicable if we file beyond 30 days but within 300 days.

Hi,

Form MGT-14 : Can be filed beyond 30 to 300 days: with late fees as prescribed. 

Beyond 300 days, first file for Condonation of delay to CG by filing form CG-1, after getting approval of CG first file form INC-28 and thereafter can file MGT-14. In Form MGT-14 need to mention SRN of challan of INC-28 and also need to attach CG order of condonation.

Form Form SH-7, upto 30 days normal fees, up to 6 months: Additional fees 2.5% PM of normal fees and beyond 6 months : Additional fees 3% PM of normal fees.
