Does anyone have a dpt-3 format in excel ?

I have a query regarding dpt-3

If i am a pvt ltd co, and having only bank loan or directors loan. Which is unchanged from last year. Do we need to file dpt-3? Last year form was filed for the same.

yes you have to file form DPT-3 with details of loan and ageing of loan (as formate shows in MCA site)

no now not required to attach dsc of auditor 

only in case of return of deposit dsc of statutory auditor is required

as per the recent dpt 3 notification, declaration of auditor is mandatory which mentioned in the form itself, but i filed the form without that declaration and no error occured though it being mandatory......do any one have idea why did not the prescrutiny occurred?

Yesterday a webinar on DPT-3 was arranged by ICSI and as per Mr. Devendar Deshpande for non deposit no requirement of certification from Auditor is required.

Can anyone help me on this:

Case facts:

1) Pvt Limited Company.

2) Advances received in Jan 22.

3) As on Mar,23, exceeded the period limit of 365 days.

4) Customer who has given advance is not traceable.

What are the compliances to be done, as it become a case of deemed deposit.

IN THE E-FORM DPT-3, DECLARATION POINT IN THE E-FORM ITSELF IS SELF EXPLANATORY THAT  STATUTORY AUDITOR CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED ONLY IN CASE OF "PARTICULAR OF DEPOSIT"
