Query - Form INC-22 after the incorporation

Dear sir,

This is regarding the filing of Form INC-22 after the incorporation of a company. If the company's registered office is located in a property owned by a director / shareholder who is willing to provide it without any rental charges, is it sufficient to attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner, or is a lease agreement mandatory for Form INC-22?
