DIR-3 KYC WEB IS NOT WORKING

Dear Frnds,

i have not been able to proceed with DIR-3 KYC Web i.e., verification of director KYC for any my directors.

please let me know the solution, if there is any.

Yes sir. i have tried on almost all the browsers. explorer, chrome and Firefox. but OTP radio button is not responding.

Dear All,

i called MCA help desk and they told me that there is a problem with DIN due to which mobile no. is not visible. they suggested to file E-Form DIR-3 KYC instead of web KYC. i filled the e-form and KYC of my director is done.

I have just filled the web based KYC from chrome, and i find no issues in that.
