Problem in upgrade of user ID to Business User

Hi all....

I have changed my associate membership of ICSI to Fellow membership. The change has not been updated in the mca portal, hence I couldn't upload the form due to dsc error " dsc is not associated with my CP Number in the mca portal". Hence I requested the ICSI team to degrade my account to registered user. They have activated the same on 22^nd June, 2026.

I have been trying for the past 10 days to upgrade my user account to Business User. OTP is verifying all the time, but could not submit the request due to the error message "something went wrong". I have raised several complaints and communicated with the mca team and shared the screen, but no solution has been received yet. 

Can you suggest any solution for this issue?

I don't know what the problem is.. Now I have contacted Venkata Ramana Sir, he suggested mail id to lodge the complaint. I will inform once it is solved...
