what attachment in case of Hand delivery? Thanks in advance

In case of Hand Delivery to Company, Proof of Dispatch will be Same Resignation Letter with a

1. Round Stamp of the Company

2.  with wordings received 

3. put the date of receipt by the Company and

4. take signature of Authorised Signatory of the Company about receipt of the same.

but just for my learning what if the resignation letter is given by hand and or when there is no acknowledgement copy in that case what shall be the proof of dispatch. please share.

By hand take a copy of it and ack with company seal on the copy of the letter.

Or scan the same with the sign and email to the company
