issue of shares at discount?

Dear Patrons,

An Unlisted public ltd company can issue of shares at discount at any point of time?

Previous Years Co have issued shares at discount. is there any solution to rectify or remedial action,  if it is violated the provision.

And also company had received Lakhs of rupees in cash for share allotment. can we received cash for share allotment?
