Gst exemption on hostels

Hello, in light of the recent Supreme Court judgment dated 04.12.2025 regarding GST exemption on residential dwellings used for hostel accommodation, can anyone please share & guide with a well-drafted Rent Agreement / Lease Agreement format for hostels (students / working professionals) which properly reflects residential use and helps support GST exemption eligibility?
