Form shows details doesn't match with Pan database

Dear members,

While verification of PAN in the dir 3 kyc form it shows name, dob does not match with pan database but i have put correct details. Why it shows like this. Anyone faced the issue.

Please use this Link to verify the details on the Income Tax Portal itself.

You can enter the name with same variations to find the correct combination of name, middle name, surname.

Alternatively put whole name in the field of last name.

I am facing the same issue. Not able to file either DIR 3 KYC web and DIR 3 KYC.
