Income expenditure statement

Dear members,

Kindly share the format of projected income expenditure statement for three years in case of incorporation of section 8 company,as received the below mentioned objection.

"Provide an estimate of the future annual income and expenditure of the

company for next three years, specifying the sources of the income and the objects of the expenditure as per Rule
19(3)(c) of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 and the amendments thereto."
