Paid up Capital- Demat of Shares

Dear  Professional  colleagues

While  filing  AOC  as an 31.03.2023 our  PCS  filed  Share  Capital  as  43,47,00,000(Rounded  Off)  instead  of  exact  amount  Rs.43,47,22,940-00 

difference  22,940-00 

While  submitting  form  for  Demat of Shares  we  are  facing  the  difficulty  that  Paid  up  capital  was does not  match.  How to solve  this  issue.?

You have to either get the previous AOC 4 cancelled and file fresh form with fine, or wait till you complete filing for current year AOC 4 and then proceed further.

Pl.clarify in the attachment it was correctly mentioned and certified by CS (employed).

In the Directors report it was correctly mentioned. In the Financials it was correctly mentioned.

But How MCA Master Data differ? Whether manual entry by the PCS was wrong? Only practicing CS will clarify?

In the  MCA  Master  Data  Paid  up  capital  was 43,47,00,000-00   In  the  MGT  7   it  was  in  Rs.43,47,22,940-00 . In  AOC  it  was  in  Lacs i.e. Rs,43,47  L.    Master  data  picked  up  AOC  4,  instead  of  MGT-7.    How  to  rectify this?.  Annual  Return  was  filed  by   PCS.

Is your company filing Xbrl, yes then due to xbrl filing this happened, complete your filing of this year, ensure that number of shares will be in actuals only.

AS PER ME:

you can make a representation to jurisdictional RoC with all attachments and request for correction, as this is not stakeholder OR PCS mistake. it is system generated mistake

We should represent and make our point.

same here too. After going for increase in capital from 70cr to 75 cr. CMD came as 145 Cr.Met ROC , but after him clearing it would go to egovernance cell. God knows when it will be rectified. Stuck with demat and isin creation , foreign funding coming in.

MCA system picked Paid up capital from xblr i.e in Lac. It failed to pickup from MGT 7 which is in Rupee.  Represented to MCA.
