ATTACHMENT FOR PAS-6

Dear Members,

What need to be attached with PAS-6...is it required to attach reconciliation of shares held in demat as we do in Listed Entities...or only certificate from RTA shall be sufficient?

No attachment is required to be annexed with pas-6 as all informations are captured in the form itself
