ERROR AS "DSC ALREADY USED IN THE SYSTEM"

Hello Folks!

While trying to submit FiLLiP for LLP incorporation, 

The error msg is showing at time of association of DSC. 

I am unable to register DSC in Designated Partner's login account

What can I do if its registered in different account?

register the dsc of person to whom the id actually belongs too
