COULD ANYBODY PLEASE CLARIFY REGARDING LAWS OF GST FOR TRANSPORTER
MY CLIENT IS IN BUSINESS OF TRANSPORTATION , HE IS INTO FRIEGHT BUSINESS,
CLIENT PAYS 12 % FORWARD CHARGE.
CLIENT HAS RECENTLY CROSSED 5 CR TURNOVER.
IS THERE ANY REQUIREMENT FOR E-INVOICING.
COULD ANYBODY PLEASE SHARE DETAILED PDF AND KNOWLEDGE ON THIS TOPIC.

Hi ,
E-invoicing applicability is determined based on aggregate turnover in any preceding FY, not on turnover crossed during the current year. If the threshold is crossed for the first time in the CY, e-invoicing becomes applicable from the next financial year.
