Intimation to ROC in case of Death of a director

Hello friends,

Can anyone provide me the procedure for intimating ROC about death of a director and do i need to disable DIN too of such director and if yes, then what is the procedure for the same?

u need to file form DIR-12 of such director attaching therein death certificate  and BR taking note of demise as proof of cessation..other views solicited..

If the Death certificate is not available then

What in Case there are only 2 Directors and 1 Died.

Then How to appoint another as there will be no quorum.
