UNABLE TO RECEIVE MOBILE OTP

Dear Members,
Have been trying to associate 2 DScs in V3, for 2 Directors. Both of them are unable to get mobile OTPs, even though they have been generated several times. Mobile numbers are mentioned correctly. This happened from yesterday onwards. Tried different browsers also. 

Don't know how to go about it...kindly help with your valuable suggestions.

Unable to submit as it is asking to select Form ID....once you select V3 under "Type" no form nos.are given as dropdown menu.

MCA site is having problems, you have to keep trying.  Yesterday i created request after multiple tries.

Raise request and call after  a day then they will sort out the problem within 2-3 days

Please raise a complaint to MCA. Also call at helpdesk.. same was happening with me last week. Got resolution via raising complaint to MCA.

Thanks for all the support. My issue is yet to be resolved, keep trying. Called helpdesk. Still unable to raise a ticket, the moment I click the 'submit' button, it leaves the portal itself.

Dear Members,
Thanks for the valuable support extended to me, I could raise a ticket at last, on 24th March. It is yet to be replied or rectified. Spoke to them twice. Not getting connected from yesterday onwards.

Meanwhile, I found a problem in the Part B Application form (DIN was taken with application for Company Incorporation) , that the mobile number appears as +99******05 and +96******04 (2 directors)   Can this be a problem? while doing incorporation I had received all OTPs. 

If this is a problem, how can I rectify this? Kindly advise...finding it difficult to deal with the client too. Please help..

i too faced the similar issue. it may be caused because you may have used mobile no. starting with zero instead of +91. in agile . raise the ticket to rectify the error. It will be resolved
