Dear Frds

In one of our cos., more than 50% of assets are financial assets and more than 50% of its income is from such financial assets. Accordingly, the Co. has become a deemed NBFC.

Can some one please share the detailed procedure of registering the Company as NBFC.

Also please share the regular compliances of NBFC and norms applicable to such Co.
