26QB Correction

Have any one corrected FORM 26QB Recently?

We are getting Notice for Short deduction , bcz Few didn't link their Aadhaar with PAN. If they did also, they did in last moment and Traces is not able to verify the same and sending us notice for SDs

Even after correction twice, receiving same Notice again n again

As on the deduction date, if Aadhar and PAN are not linked, then TDS is to be deducted at 20%.

That is why you will be getting processed with default. Change the deduction date, the issue will be resolved.

if tds deducted @ 20% then...will the deductee shall get benefit of it....?? imean same 20% ???

When filing the correction return, it is necessary to ensure that the date is updated, especially if the Assessee's PAN is linked on January 30, 2024

As I don’t know when they have linked their PAN with Aadhar

 

Shall I delete those deducted from original statement and add it again in 4th quarter ?
