Form DIR 8

Kindly guide me that weather Form DIR 8 has to filled for private companies...if yes then with which form, this form will be attached..pls specify the section also...

Dear Shubra,

It has become mandatory for both public & pvt. companies. pursuant to section 164(2) and Rule 14(1) of Companies (Appointment and Qualifiation of Directors) Rules, 2014. 

it has to be attached while appointing the director together with form Dir-2. Then these both are reqd to filed as attachment in form DIR-12.

Dats true but where it is written that the same has to be filed with ROC neither is a mandatory attachment as per Form DIR 12

as mentioned in the help of the said form.
