TIME LIMIT FOR RESUBMISSION OF SPICE B FORM EXPIRED

What is the remedy if the date for resubmission of SPice B is expired. Do we have to again apply for name approval and start the process again

No. You have to upload the same with a fresh SRN. Kindly ensure if the name approved is within the validity period. If the same is crossed, then extend the name accordingly.
