PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that our client proposes to purchase the properties more particularly described in the Schedule herein below and hereinafter referred to as the "Schedule Property" from its owner ___________, son of _________ residing at No. ______________________(hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor").
If any person, entity, firm, institution, corporate or otherwise, has or claims any right, title, interest, pending litigation or demand of any nature in or upon the Schedule Property or any part thereof and/or upon the owners of the Schedule Property, the same may be brought to the notice of the undersigned in writing together with all details of the right, title, interest, claim, pending litigation, or demand made together with supporting documents within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of this notice, failing which such claim shall be considered to have been waived.
