DIN Activation

DIN Disqualification completed by 31/10/2021 

Please guide me how to activate DIN

MCA will issue a notice post Diwali and the disqualification will auto removed.

Automatically DIN will not active even after completion of period...u ll hve to approach with concerned High court..

You have to File DIR -3 KYC and DIN will active because if we check DIN status then now only showing disqualify due non DIR -3 KYC.

Guys please atleast read the question carefully before advising.

The question was that the disqualification period has been over on 31.10.2021 so what to do now? How it will get activated?

And for this I have confirmed with MCA and I am told that MCA will come up with the notification after diwali. MCA will automatically remove the disqualification under section 164 whose period of disqualification has been over on 31.10.2021 rest will be disqulified till their period is over.

No need to file DIR10 or CG1.

Hi,

DIN disqualification removed as per the records.

But with the MCA Enquire Din status page it is still appearing due to non-updating issues, the same will be resolved post Diwali.

Further if we are able to get prefilled the DIN for the appointment radio button with DIR-12 it is technically allowed for appointment or making use of the said DIN.

Further in a similar case with ROC chennai office I came to know that even without applying for writ petition or any such filing in this regard DIN disqualification would automatically be revoked once the date is crossed and be allowed to use the DIN for all filings however the status would change only on 15 day to 30th day time frame of a month, as data would be compiled if would be updated accordingly in this cycle.
