online payment of stamping on share certificate in Delhi

Dear Member

Please help me how to upload the documents of allotment and other documents for stamping of share certificate in Delhi on Stocking holding corporation's website

I made the payment of one of my Company by e payment mode and get the site generated the e certificate number and all but when i visit the department for the certificate the people said that "you did not upload the doc, so we unable to issue the certificate"

on Stock holding site while login to the portal there is no any option for uploading the documents, so please suggest me and advice me for uploading the doc on Stock holding site.

Hi Kavita,

General procedure is that when you submit the docs and payment on stock holding site. they will issue a certificate that you have made the requisite payment, after that you need to visit the dept. with certificate and other docs. then the dept. shall issue the certificate to you.

If A section 8 Company has been incorporated in NCT of Delhi since August 2015. Yet It didn't pay the stamp duty on its share certificate.

In that case, Can we Pay the Stamp Duty along with penalty through Stock Holding's Website?

Dear Monika,

Any late in submission of stamp duty on Share Certificates are not allowed in cases of late submissions. You have to go through physical submission of File for the aforesaid process.
