Pls let me know the registers to be kept open during AGM as per new companies act.

Hi,

I think its particularly register of related party and register of directors & kmp, as it is mentioned in the respective sections that the same are to be kept open for inspection at AGM.

But with regard to other registers it is not specifically mentioned to be kept at AGM, however they can be inspected by members any time during business hours.
