Yes, I am also facing this problem. In my case, the AGM was on July
20, 2010 (and Annual return signed on same date) and due date is Sep
30, 2010. If I change the due date to July 20, 2010 it is allowing me
to file.
However, by doing this, we will be giving wrong information in the
form, for which we may be held liable. I have currently sent the
problem to MCA and awaiting feedback. Guess it would be best to wait
till last date and see if a new version of the form is released before
that.
