filing fees of form dir 12 and dir 11

dear friends

i have filed today a form dir 12 relating to the resignation of directors effective from 7th dece, 2015 with normal filing fees.  now when I file Dir 11, filing fees is coming rs. 1500/. pls clarify, why the difference between the filing fees, when the both forms are of same date  and both have to file within 30days from the date of event.

pl check the date which u have entered in DIR-11. may be there is an error in that ?

if not, then esquire with MCA

DIR-11 should be filed within 30 days including event date but DIR-12 can be filed within 30 days excluding event date. We have also faced this.
