ROC Mumbai Forms Pending For Approval

Dear All,

We have filed MGT 14 for ROC Approval on 20th Till today the form did not get approved ..........

Raised Query on MCA but Ty are not replying Call ROC Mumbai they are saying Due to Lack of Staff in office Lots of forms are pending

Anyone Is facing the Same issue please Let me know?

Even after raising 4 to 5 Tickets to ROC Mumbai getting the same Reply on the Tickets... Please What can we do in this case ?  AS MGT 14 is related to name change

This is what they want. They want the professionals to get out of their seats, come & show their heads in their territory. Once you go & meet them, then we have no options but at their mercy. Seriously our ROC's should phase out these practices & introduce faceless settlements of cases like the one introduced by Income Tax. To deal with Mumbai ROC's is always a headache.

In my case twice it has happened that the status of SH-7 was changed to "Pending for processing of relevant e-form" when in fact no other e-form was pending as MGT-14 was not applicable. Had to send someone to explain it to the officer.

Facing the same issue with an MGT-14 filled on 10th of January 2022 and also

I had filed form SH-11 on 23rd of February 2021 which is still pending, have been following up for 6 months but still no relief.

Have you visited the office? Sometimes forms are not approved as they don't appear in system due to technical errors and sometime the officer might be looking for fees.
