Loan to a Educational Trust by Unlisted Public company

Dear friends,

whether a unlisted public company, give security to a Educational Trust for purchase of immovable property?   Please share your views regarding compliance under various Acts.

Compliance with S.186 of Companies Act, 2013 is required. even if limit not exceeded, MGT-14 with Board Resolution to be filed as it is a public company.
