I have a query regarding allotment of shares that would be certified by CS in Form FC-GPR which is briefed as below:

Suppose Co. XYZ has received money in trenches. i.e. 50 Lakh, 40 Lakh & 10 Lakh, however the allotment has been made in single lot for 1 Cr (One Crore).

In such case: Will the Certificate be issued as per separate FIRC for each part money received?? or it will be issued for consolidate amount of 1 Cr. and will be attached in all three FC-GPR Reporting.

Your prompt response in this relation would be highly appreciated.

Sir, FCGPR is to be filed for the allotment, So it doesn't make any differences if one FCGPR if filed for one allotment.

However you are required to file 3 ARF.

it depends on how many BR you have passed for allotment. If you made allotment at one go for 1cr, then only one FCGPR and One Certificate will be filed.

If just one FC-GPR is to be filed then which UIN (out of 3 UIN allotted for 3 ARF Reportings) needs to mention in the said Form. Please clarify.

As separate ARF is needed for separate FIRCs, separate FCGPR will be needed for different UAN. There is no way we can mention different UAN in one FCGPR, even if shares allotted on same day.

For CS certificate, it’s upto professional. In my view you can mention about both remittances in single certificate or issue separate.
