PF - UAN procedure for uploading text file

Can anyone help in informing how to create a Txt file for uploading Excel data base with respect to obtaining UAN for PF  as given below?

The PF department is now asking organizations to establish the identity of employees by submitting details of what is called the Know Your Customer (KYC) document. Employees need to submit details of any one KYC document (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank Account details, etc.) to their employer. The employer in turn should upload the details in a text file format as specified by the PF department on the designated portal. We urge that you receive a copy of the KYC document in order to verify that the information submitted by the employee is correct.

 

Please collect the KYC information from all your employees at the earliest. You can scrutinize the KYC document copies and do the upload yourself.

For creating txt file u need to creat excel file make 26 columns, mention all the detail as per ECR file required & then save it in EXCEL OPTION format from left uper corner of ur laptop in saving option and after saving that file u just need to right click on ur EXCEL OPTION format file and open it with notepad format, u got the TEXT file save it on ur desktop, which u need to upload but before uploading it u must hv replace all Tha comma's that is from (,) to (#~#) nw the text file is ready to upload.
