Calculation of ROC Fees & Stamp Duty on Increase in Authorized Capital

Dear all, 

Please provide the way to calculate the ROC Fees of E-form SH 7 & Stamp Duty on Increase in Authorized Capital from Rs. 1 lac to Rs, 10 lac & Rs. 1 Lac to Rs. 15 Lac?

The Enquiry fees calculator on the MCA is confusing as it shows only Rs. 2000 as the SH 7 fees. The company is a small company incorporate in Maharashtra. 

I have tried the excel sheet available online but all the sheet have different fees calculation. 

Requesting to provide an way to calculate it exactly on urgent basis.

Also i have check the group for earlier mails but i am still getting confused.

The Fees for SH-7 would be as follows:

1. For 1 Lac to 10 Lacs- Rs. 31000

2. For 1 Lac to Rs. 15 Lacs- Rs. 46000

Thanks, but the calculation in the excel sheet differs to fees said by u. Now which one to follow & fees calculated show only SH 7 Fees not the stamp duty

No, it is showing the same, i have written there, wait i am attaching the saved calculation for 1 lac to 10 lacs, change accordingly for the another calculation.
