Reg- company activation

Hello dear,

One of my company for which we didnt have filled 3 years annual return.

Now in mca the status were showing like active non complaints

Can anyone suggest whats the process to make it active company.( form and other related work)

You will have to go to the concerned ROC, for changing the status.

You need to file all the pending forms, including INC-22A, if company does not file INC-22A the status of the company changes to active non compliant.
