I had updated my mobile number in V3 now user id also get updated and my application history is empty.

Is there any way to resolve this

Are you able to see forms now? I also updated my user Id and now it’s empty. Raised the ticket but not able to see any SRN’s

In v3 login for every company do we need to create the separate login id and every time we need to ask for OTP to directors?

I have submitted the form SPICE A on 26-12-2022 vide SRN no F54578190, and submitted SPICE Part B and other linked forms INC 33, INC 34, Agile Pro and INC9 on 20-01-2023 vide SRN no. F57632671. On checking the status of forms as on 25-01-2023, I am not able to find SPICE part B in historical forms and for linked forms, the status shown is Resubmission required, on clicking the download button, download does not happen and the message comes "NO DMSID for this particular record", on 24-01-2023, the status was shown as Under Processing for all forms i.e. SPICE part B and the linked forms, but SPICE part B is not being shown now

Any suggestions on the above?

Dear All

I have some pending Spice+ on V2. I already have a V3 login with a different Email.

When I re-register on V3 with V2 E-mail using my CS membership number, it shows that the user has already registered with PAN/ Mem. No.

Unable to fetch pending V2 forms at V3. Kindly help.
