Satisfaction of charge

Charge is satisfied on 27.09.2022, what will be the procedure to file form, do we need do go for condonation?

Kindly advise on the same.

Noc on current date will suffice? Could you please share format?

you need to file CHG 4 for that you will require a Current Date NOC your bank will be able to provide it and simultaneously you can do the same with ROC.
