Here it is  not  question of address. Office means a place  where there are people to receive communication  sent through pody/courier or where people can visit and meet  company, s officials 
It need not be place where u are manufacturing. You can use residence of director as office  for the time being
  by getting NOC from owner with his electricity bill. Please note you are  certifying that you have visited the office
Donot go in for shortcuts like wifi bill.
